Boomslang is powerbuilding at its finest. This program uses exercise rotations and some methods from Conjugate/Westside Barbell styled training while combining with Hypertrophy/Volume training that is very popular in the world of Bodybuilding.
With rotations in rep ranges, tempos, and exercises; Boomslang is designed with the intention to continually add size and strength. It uses a 1-2 week rotation of max effort movements of 5RM, 3RM, 1RMs and percentage based dynamic work: so you’ll need at least a rough shot idea of your training max on squat, deadlift, and bench.
