MALICIOUS INTENT by Rattlesnake Strength is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding principles. Also known as “Powerbuilding.”
This is a 5-day program. The program uses the Coan-Phillipi Deadlift Day in combination with undulating waves for squat and bench + a Push, Pull, Leg bodybuilding approach.
You will need a pretty good estimate of your 1 rep max for squat, bench, and deadlift. I also suggest a solid preworkout and playlist for your training days. This is done with the upmost intent to challenge you physically and mentally.
